Did you know that Red Pandas are most closely related to weasels, raccoons and skunks, not Giant Pandas?

They are known to have a big sweet tooth, are extremely playful, spend most of their time in the trees. Their paws are so densely covered in fur that they don’t even leave paw prints!

Their facial markings serve to protect their eyes from sun, and their bright white fur helps them find one another in the dark.

When they feel threatened they stand up on their back legs and raise their arms, to appear larger, and the loud vocal calls they make are called a ‘Huff-quack’!
