Fur Seals evolved from the same ancestors that dogs and bears did! They are marked by their dense, waterproof underfur, which helps them regulate their body temperature. They have excellent hearing, sharp vision, and spend most of their time in the water - except when breeding season comes and they gather in large social groups along the coastlines.
